Role:
- Provide warm and professional guest service
- Attend to phone and email queries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Booking guest reservations over the phone and via email, and managing reservations from online travel agencies and the hotel’s website
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk
- Work closely with the other departments (including housekeeping and maintenance departments)
- Be open to continuous development, learning and team building skills
Required skills:
- Good time management and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset
